ISDA documentation training for raw recruits

Earlier in 2010 Paul Harding conducted a 9 day training course for a British client who had recruited a large number of local graduates destined to be ISDA negotiators.  The course Paul conducted was the first two weeks of an intensive training programme for these delegates. 

The course covered the 2002 ISDA Master Agreement and the ISDA Credit Support Annexes under English and New York law.  It gave these graduates a very strong foundation of knowledge on which was built the British client’s own negotiation policies.  Particularly enjoyable were the various quizzes to see how much knowledge the graduates had retained – a great deal in most cases!

Paul hopes that he might be able to repeat this type of work with other clients in the future.
