New Advanced 2002 ISDA and English Law CSA Public Workshop

DDL is pleased to announce a new advanced negotiation workshop on the 2002 ISDA Master Agreement and English Law Credit Support Annex.

Following the success of our introductory 2002 ISDA and English Law CSA public training course, we have developed an advanced course consisting of a series of case studies on the important issues and commonly negotiated provisions in these documents. The various case studies and practical negotiation exercises account for over 80% of the workshop agenda. 

There are also presentations and discussions on the latest developments in proposed US and European regulation in the OTC derivatives markets and potential ISDA documentation issues should a current Eurozone country leave the EU and/or European Monetary Union.
