ISDA Master Agreement Public Training Courses

DDL has published the dates for our public courses in London for the first half of 2012.  The ISDA Master is a market standard umbrella agreement which provides credit and legal protection for a wide range of OTC derivatives products traded under it including interest rate swaps,  currency swaps, equity derivatives, credit default swaps and FX trades. The document provides protection for the parties from various Events of Defaults including Bankruptcy and Terminations Events and has a detailed close-out netting mechanism to allow parties to terminate all trades under it in an orderly manner.

We offer  an introductory course on the 2002 ISDA Agreement and an advanced course for negotiators with over 2 years’ full time experience.  Our courses provide formal training on the documents and many exercises and case studies to reinforce the knowledge learnt.  We also offer training on securities documents including the GMRA 2011 and GMSLA 2010 and further details can be found by visiting the Training section of our website.
