Long course

DDL offers a web-based online distance learning course on Credit Derivatives and the 2003 ISDA Credit Derivatives Definitions and July 2009 Supplement. 

This online training course provides foundation knowledge in clear English on:

• credit derivatives products
• their  legal and credit issues
• the key features of the 2003 ISDA® Credit Derivatives Definitions and the 2009 ISDA® Credit Derivatives Determinations Committees,  Auction Settlement and Restructuring Supplement 
• recent market developments

The course is kept continuously updated.

The course is in modular form and your progress is tested by a series of multiple choice questions. The questions need to be answered correctly before you are able to proceed with the training. If you get an answer wrong, you can revisit the relevant text to refresh your knowledge and attempt the question again.

At the end of the training is a Confirmation exercise which represents a practical opportunity to apply what you have learned.

Completed exercises are appraised by the Course Director who will then advise you of the mark obtained, provide you with a model answer and a certificate stating you have completed the course.
