FEATURES OF THE ISDA® CREDIT SUPPORT ANNEXES (CSAs) UNDER ENGLISH AND NEW YORK LAW ONLINE TRAINING
This e-learning course provides a full commentary in clear English on the ISDA® Credit Support Annexes under English and New York Law.
It provides:
- a clause by clause review of the 1995 ISDA® Credit Support Annex under English Law
- a clause by clause review of the 1994 ISDA® Credit Support Annex under New York Law
- commentary on common provisions added to Paragraph 11 of the English Law CSA and Paragraph 13 of the New York Law CSA.
- a summary of the risk matters, collateral management and legal issues under the CSAs.
This course is in modular form with multiple choice questions throughout. You are only able to proceed with the training once the questions have been answered correctly. If you get an answer wrong, you are directed back to the text to refresh your knowledge and attempt the question again.
At the end of the training is an ISDA® Credit Support Annex negotiation exercise which represents a practical opportunity to apply what you have learned.
Completed exercises are appraised by Paul Harding, Course Director. He will then advise you of the mark obtained, provide you with a model answer and a certificate stating you have completed the course.
