1992 ISDA Master Agreement

Long course

This e-learning course gives a full commentary in clear English on the 1992 ISDA® Master Agreement.

It provides:

  • a clause by clause review of the main body of the 1992 ISDA® Master Agreement.
  • commentary on the Schedule and its common provisions.
  • commentary on legal and credit issues relating to this master agreement.
  • a summary of the main differences between the 1992 and 2002 versions of the master agreement.

The course consists of a series of modules and there are multiple choice questions at regular intervals.  The questions have to be answered correctly before you are able to proceed with the training.

At the end of the training is an ISDA® Master Agreement Schedule negotiation exercise.  This exercise provides users with an opportunity to apply what they have learnt.

Completed exercises are appraised by the Course Director who will then advise the user of the mark obtained, provide the user with a model answer and a certificate stating they have completed the course.

Please be advised that this training course is not sponsored by or affiliated with the International Swaps and Derivatives Association, Inc. ("ISDA® ")
