This e-learning course provides a full commentary in clear English on the ISDA® Credit Support Annexes under English and New York Law.

It provides:

  • a clause by clause review of the 1995 ISDA® Credit Support Annex under English Law
  • a clause by clause review of the 1994 ISDA® Credit Support Annex under New York Law
  • commentary on common provisions added to Paragraph 11 of the English Law CSA and Paragraph 13 of the New York Law CSA. 
  • a summary of the risk matters, collateral management and legal issues under the CSAs.

There are multiple choice questions throughout the course to test your knowledge.  The questions have to be answered correctly before you are able to proceed with the training.

At the end of the training is an ISDA® Credit Support Annex negotiation exercise which represents a practical opportunity to apply what you have learned.

Completed exercises are appraised by th Course Director who will provide you with a model answer and a certificate stating you have completed the course and the score you obtained.
